CyclePoint™ is a free cycle service for traders. It attempts to find clusters of repetitive cycles as it believes the nesting of cycles has the potential to lead to market reversals.
CyclePoint’s™ ability to identify high probable turning dates is simply outstanding. And I’m sure you will at times be astounded at what you’ll see. When CyclePoint™ identifies a potential cycle I publish it live on this site on the day in question and not a day earlier. I tell you exactly what the market will have to do to confirm the cycle. All you will need to do is bookmark your favourite market/s and visit my site regularly to see when the cycle/s are due.
CyclePoint™ applies a proprietary 100% mechanical methodology across all markets without discretion or the use of any indicators. It only uses PRICE and TIME. Let me repeat it does not use indicators.
Since I began in the markets in 1983 when I joined Bank America as a trainee dealer I have always had a fascination with identifying market cycles. To know when to buy low and when to sell high is the ultimate Holy Grail objective of trading. Since 1983 I have studied traditional cycle analysis and have personally failed to make it work for myself. And I can assure you it was not from a lack of effort! CyclePoint™ represents the accumulation of my interest and research into cycles over the last 25 years. I believe it overcomes the short comings of traditional cycle analysis and presents traders with a tradable edge for swing trading.
Now CyclePoint™ is designed for Traders and not Analysts. CyclePoint™ does not attempt to forecast every swing point nor does it attempt to forecast either swing magnitude or duration. All it does is locate clusters of repetitive cycles which have the potential to reverse markets. As Traders we should learn to react to the price action in front of us and not fall into the Analyst trap of price prediction. This is the reason why I do not publish CyclePoint's™ dates in advance, but wait until the actual CyclePoint™ day. I don't want you to fall into the trap that I did and become fixated on a future date and miss out on the trading opportunities at hand.
When you have had a chance to look through my site I believe you'll see for yourself that CyclePoint’s™ ability to identify high probable turning dates is extraordinary. However, as a Trader and Advisor I feel a note of caution is required, particularly towards new Traders. You must remember that CyclePoint™ is only one tool and is not perfect. It’s not the Holy Grail of trading. CyclePoint™ is only a “timing aid". In my opinion its best used to support your own analysis. If you have identified a potential trade set-up and CyclePoint™ agrees then it can add to your overall confidence. You must understand that trading successfully is all about stacking the odds in your favour. If CyclePoint™ can lend weight to your existing analysis then it will have served its purpose and sharpen your trading edge.
Now if you're here looking for that "perfect" cycle service I'm sorry to disappoint you because I don't have one, and nor do I believe one exists. Although CyclePoint™ is brilliant it can still be wrong at times. But luckily not as wrong as most cycle analysts! As you're no doubt aware most cycle services do a lousy job. Getting it regularly wrong and making the usual "oh it appears the cycle has inverted/compressed" etc excuses. Many cycle analysts will have an each way bet and rarely make a firm "tradeable" statement about any expectant cycle . They will rarely leave a continuous transparent record of their cycle predictions, usually relying on one or two calls they got correct! Not so with CyclePoint™. When CyclePoint™ identifies a potential cycle I publish it live on this site on the day in question. I tell you exactly what the market will have to do to confirm the cycle. Once the cycle is confirmed CyclePoint™ places a red marker on the chart to record its prediction. Please see this EXAMPLE. Regardless of whether its right or wrong the red marker will stay on the chart as a transparent record. CyclePoint™ is not only about providing traders with an edge, its also about 100% transparent accountability. So, although CyclePoint™ is not perfect and will leave you disappointed at times, I do believe there is a tremendous advantage in following a timing approach which is 100% mechanical and 100% transparent in its approach. As you'll see from the markets I have listed CyclePoint™ does have an edge. An unbelievable edge in my opinion, an edge a disciplined and consistent trader can exploit.

To put your mind at ease I'd like to say straight up that I'm neither a Broker or Educator masquerading as a "trader". I am a trader first and foremost.
